Smores Chocolate & Marshmallow Pudding Parfait

Who says you need a campfire to make Smores? Not me!  Ethan is a huge milk lover. Like, we should have a back 40 filled with dairy cows. But, this is Vegas baby. Not happening. We buy lots of milk! He loves the idea of flavored but it’s always so sickly sweet.  With the OCD, He has that taste/texture thing I talk about sometimes… sweet isn’t always a good thing. And buying white milk, dumping in the chocolate syrup is seriously sweet. He does like the TruMoo vanilla and chocolate.  So, when I asked, should we try this new flavor, of course we gave it a go! Perfect for all you peeps knee deep in snow – Grab it, warm it up and BAM! Instant Smores, no campfire or trek in that mess to the store needed! And come on… Chocolate marshmallow, a perfect match, right? He’s been enjoying a glass of it every morning with his waffles before school. Also, I got a bit creative with it. Because, obviously. {Smores!} Chocolate and Marshmallow!!

Smores Chocolate Marshmallow Pudding Parfait Ingredients

Smores Chocolate & Marshmallow Pudding Parfait

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix (pick your favorite brand)
  • 2 cups TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow milk
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 1/2 cup graham crackers (crushed into crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 chocolate bar (garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until smooth and lump free.
  • Fold in cool whip until evenly incorporated. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • When it’s time to serve, layer glass with graham cracker crumbs, pudding mixture, then marshmallow fluff.
  • Sprinkle top with some graham cracker crumbs and garnish with a piece of chocolate!

Because I wanted to be all super fancy, I took the lighter from my grill and torched the top of the marshmallow fluff so it had that real Smores look to it. Nothing like toasting them on a stick over an open flame. But you get the idea. The kids will dig it too! I was also thinking it would be cool to use the TruMoo pudding mixture in my next batch of stuffed cupcakes!! But if you’re not up to making a pudding parfait, just heat up the TruMoo and ya got hot Smore Chocolate Milk! Bam!
