Getting kids out the door on busy mornings can be tough. Getting them to eat a good breakfast too? I got ya covered with this 2 ingredient fruit dip recipe.

  • 1 Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 TBS Carnation Breakfast Essentials (powder)
  • Bite Sized Pieces Of Favorite Fruits
  1. In a medium sized bowl, add 1 cup of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of Carnation Breakfast Essentials.
  2. Mix until well combined. Making sure there are no lumps.
  3. We used fresh melons, pineapples, bananas and apples. Pick you favorite fruit.
  4. Cut up the night before and refrigerate.
  5. Serve and let the dunking begin!
  6. This makes enough for 1 serving. Add equal parts for each kiddo!
