Crispy, Baked Shrimp Egg Rolls Come Together In Just A Minutes. Perfect To Serve As A Snack, Appetizer, or Meal On Their Own!

  • 1½ Cups SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp
  • 2 Cups Packaged Slaw Mix
  • Handful of Fresh, Chopped Parsley
  • 2 TBS Butter
  • 1½ TBS Garlic (minced)
  • ½ TSP Ginger (ground)
  • ½ TSP Sesame Oil
  • ½ TBS Honey
  • 8 Large Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 1½ TBS Honey
  • 2 TBS Soy Sauce
  • ½ TBS Sesame Oil
  • 1 TSP Ground Ginger
  • ½ TSP Sesame Seeds (optional)
  2. Preheat oven to 400*
  3. In a large skillet saute slaw mix, parsley, and minced garlic for 2 minutes in butter.
  4. Add in ginger, sesame oil and honey. Saute for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add in shrimp, cooked according to package instructions, and mix until well combined. Remove from heat.
  6. Lay egg roll wrappers flat and separated on work space.
  7. Spoon 2 TBS of shrimp and veggie mix in center of each egg roll wrapper.
  8. Roll up egg rolls using a dab of water to seal edges.
  9. Brush with butter and place on baking tray.
  10. Bake 10-12 minutes, until egg rolls are a nice golden brown.
  11. Mix dipping sauce ingredients together.
