Oh dang, Cinnamon bread, snickerdoodle cookies, and anything else that requires mixing!! I have carpal tunnel; I’ve had to stop a lot of baking because my hands can’t take mixing it by hand anymore. This is definitely on my wish list. I’ve been begging the husband for one all year. lol. My fingers are crossed he got me one; but I haven’t a clue. This is my back up plan. lol. Don’t worry I have a plan C too; just it might take me a few more months to get there. 🙂

So, I’m moving from an urban (teeny) apt to a more suburban place with a real kitchen!! I’m completely looking forward to cooking! But I need the appliances and tools! This would be so perfect! I can’t wait and hope I win 🙂

I really need a kitchenaid. I had one but after 21 years of cookies, frosting, fondant, cakes, breads and everything else I mixed up it finally gave up the fight… it was a wonderful loyal friend and I sure miss it.

Lots and Lots of dough to put up in the freezer. I like to take a day and make dough to put up to make pizza’s , bread sticks , regular bread , garlic bread and dough boys. That’s an all day project and a lot of dough. To own a KitchenAid Mixer would be wonderful to own to do my dough making and tons of other great recipes.
