Halloween Party Ideas – Crafts, Recipes, Decorations, Costumes & More!

We live in a neighborhood that goes all out on Halloween. You know the kind, elaborate outdoor decorations, creepy sounds coming from the bushes, full on haunted houses right there in the garage and yards. They take Halloween Party Ideas to a whole other level! It’s seriously awesome. The 1st year we were here, I thought Ethan was going to pee himself. And, totally not in a good way. Scared to death. Now, he gets all into it. Last year, he even walked right up to a very zombie-ish, gore guy on a lawn chair we all thought was just a really well made decoration. And kicked it. Turns out, dude was real. He yelled BOO… Ethan held it in…. then laughed. Played the ‘Im not afraid of you‘ card. But I knew he wanted to run. The older neighbors 2 doors down, they sit in their driveway with a huge video screen attached to their garage door and play all the awesome old Charlie Brown Halloween and Thanksgiving cartoons for the kids. Some plop right down there on the driveway with them and watch the whole thing. Completely forgetting to even ring doorbells and collect candy. Which brings us to our house… Or shall we say our ‘less than stellar’ house full of Halloween decor out for everyone to see. We’ve slowly been making our own Halloween crafts and buying cool lawn decorations a little at a time. I’ve been baking up some awesome Fall and Halloween Recipes. Trying to work up to what the subdivision would consider a respectable amount. This year, I hit the internet and Ethan took to Pinterest to see what new awesome sauce Halloween Party ideas we could find to add to our growing collection. Want to see what we found?? Seriously, the most amazing list of Halloween goodies – decorations, recipes, crafts, costumes… the whole she-bang! Check it out!
