Recipe: Country Style Garlic Pork Ribs

Pork is a favorite dish in our house and Country Style Ribs are a great affordable and oh so yummy cut of meat. Garlic is another favorite and I put garlic into just about everything! When I get a chance to combine the too, watch out! This recipe is so easy to do, takes literally minutes to prepare and leaves you with tender, moist and juicy ribs that have a garlic crust that will crunch and then melt in your mouth. You might want to double this rib recipe because you will want more!

This recipe is a wonderful alternative to Barbecue Country Style Ribs. I can guarantee that it will quickly become a family favorite! The best part of this recipe is that you can use it on many cuts of pork or even beef! This is a wonderful way to do tenderloin, or even a pork shoulder. You can even use this recipe on chicken! I love to roast a whole chicken that has been covered in garlic in olive oil. YUM!

Once you have made this you can either serve the ribs as is with your favorite sides or you can shred and use for tacos, burritos, casseroles, you name it. I also love to use the leftover ribs (if there are any) in a fried rice dinner the next day. The shredded meat is also really tasty in quesadillas.
