Save Money Shopping Commissary Coupons from General Mills

Shopping Commissary Coupons. It’s a tri-fecta, right? Let’s face it. There’s some pretty major pitfalls of being a military family. All the moving around, dealing with deployments, missing family at holidays and other special times of the year. It can sometimes be a lot. But, one of the great things about military life is access to the Commissary!

Military family or not, everyone loves to find great deals. Especially when those good deals are on the stuff we actually need everyday! You know, like food. Couponing is all the rage right now and in this economy, every bit helps! But finding and using military commissary coupons, takes some creative thinking for sure!. Over sea’s prices aside, overall the commissary offers really good prices on everyday needs. But, as we all know, matching coupons up with sale prices is THE way to shop!

New Commissary Coupons from General Mills

I’m really excited to share with all my fellow military shoppers this new program I just heard about!  Specifically tailored for those of us shopping the commissary coupons method! It’s called the “General Mills Military Region Savings Program”.

Basically, General Mills created this super program for those of us who are authorized to shop on base at commissaries. It’s designed to bring you commissary coupons and all those awesome savings sent to you via email so there’s no more hunting and gthering!

You can easily sign up by simply texting the word GMSAVE to 82857. Every month you will receive special coupons to print out and take with you over to the commissary.  (Message & data rates may apply. 4 alerts per month. Reply STOP to end or HELP for help.)

Easy peasy, right? Now, all you have to do is print and save!  Also, really cool is the emails you receive from General Mills will include  sale prices too.  So awesome! You’ll also see info on General Mills products along with upcoming General Mills commissary only events. What are you waiting for??

Go! Sign on up today and start saving the easy way!

You can get more info on this special program at the General Mills Facebook page.

I would have loved that a few years back. we have been out for a bit now and let me tell you the stores on the other side are not nearly as coupon/savings friendly.

It’s great that GM is helping out military families. We grew up shopping in the commissary, loved it! I send my expired coupons to overseas military families so I hope they can take advantage of these savings, too.
