Finding Health and Weight Loss A Journey To Get The Sexy Back

Summer is almost here! And, you know what that means… Everyone’s talking about good health and weight loss and bikini’s… Oh My!

I’ve always been one of those people you love to hate. You know the type, I can eat whatever I want, not count calories, the most exercise I get is walking around the mall shopping. (It’s ok, you can say it, you hate me now) If I’m 100% honest, it’s really not that great. I got teased as a kid for being ‘too thin’. Skin and bones. Don’t your parents ever feed you?? In high school, I actually lied my senior year when the local blood drive was going on so I could be in the cool kids club. I didn’t meet the minimum weight for a girl my age and height. As an adult I do of course now eat pretty healthy. Turning 40 did slap a few extra pounds on. Dang hormones. My daughter Jessica up there, didn’t inherit the ‘eat whatever you want’ gene. She’s on a new Health and Weight Loss journey!

Finding Health and Weight Loss – With A Support Group

I’m lucky enough to belong to an awesome group of local Las Vegas bloggers. There was an event last week held at our local GNC introducing Mangodrin.  Jessica and the the lovely ladies of RECESS are coming together to support each other on their journey to finding health and weight loss with the #MangoChallenge. A 10 week Summer Fitness Challenge. I asked her to write up for you in her own words what she hopes to do.

Hello guys, My name is Jessica and I am doing the #MangoChallange challenge. I heard about this from my mom and her blogging friends. I was very excited to learn about this. As a former pageant girl, after three kids, I do not feel like I used too. Obviously, I will never be at my pre-pregnancy weight. I have gained weight in places I didn’t even know possible. But, I am determined to give anything a shot to get me as close as I can, feel good about myself and learn to live a healthier lifestyle. I figured I’d try anything to not only feel healthier but also, let’s face it, who doesn’t want to smokin’ hot? As hard as this will be, I will I give up my daily trips through the McDonald’s drive-thru.  (yes I really go there daily) I will exercise more, like walking to the mailbox instead of driving. (yes I really drive to the mailbox) Taking baby steps, making some slight lifestyle changes are going to put me on my way! Those are slight changes right? Wish me luck!! Lets see how this goes!

Health and Weight Loss With Mangodrin

Mangrodrin, featured on The Dr. Oz Show,  is an all-natural patented formula made by a local nutraceutical company called truDERMA. When taken properly, it promises that Jess will lose up to 28 pounds in 10 weeks. It’s been only 2 days for Jess on her health and weight loss journey using Mangodrin. So far so good! She’s had no adverse side effects or reactions at all. No jitters, no shakes, no crash and burns.  We’ll be updating you weekly on how things go. To help her along (and those of you out there on the same health and weight loss journey)  I’m going to be sharing more healthier recipes along the way as well. I’m working on a few posts filled with tips for a healthier lifestyle, weight loss without crash dieting and some other fun ways to keep motivated!

You will have to pay to have the utilities turned on, buy groceries, stock up on cleaning
supplies and re-key the locks. You may also ask for quotes from different firms and make comparison. Typical of
many unsuspecting shoppers, the inquiry suggested they hadn’t taken a realistic
inventory of the scope of services needed to move them, investigated the legitimacy of the advertising
service pitching the ‘unbelievably’ low, low price, or thoroughly
vetted the backgrounds of each of the transportation service
providers they were considering surrendering all
    of their worldly possessions to.

Hello there! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you
using for this site? I’m getting sick and tired of WordPress because I’ve had issues with hackers and I’m looking at
options for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the
    direction of a good platform.
