No Bake Raspberry Lemonade Cream Cheese Pie

Yep, I know! This Cream Cheese Pie looks pretty tasty huh? It’s actually my husband who makes these for the kids all the time. This cream cheese pie he made raspberry lemonade flavored. We had some Crystal Light and that’s perfect for flavoring. You can use any flavor your hearts and tummy’s love.  Personally, I kind of love, luv, lurve the strawberry kiwi, but this is all your call baby. Remember that old Bill Cosby act where he’s singing “Dad is great, made us chocolate cake” after have gave his kiddos cake for breakfast? Well, THAT. But, like this. I’m making it so easy for you to be super hero mom here. Do it! Here’s how….

Cream Cheese Pie Recipe Ingredients

Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

 Ingredients:

  • 1 Tsp Raspberry-Lemonade Crystal Light (about 1/2 a packet)
  • 9 IN Graham Cracker Crust
  •  8 OZ Package Cream Cheese (softened, room temp)
  •  15 OZ Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Can Raspberry Pie Filling
  • Whipped Topping

Directions:

In mixer whip cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually blend in condensed milk. Dissolve Crystal Light in lemon juice and add to cream cheese mixture along with vanilla. Blend well. Pour into crust and chill for 3-4 hours, or better yet overnight. Prior to serving, spoon whipped topping onto the middle of the pie and spread raspberry pie topping around it in a pretty circle so it looks like you worked all day and it took forever.

Feed yummy cream cheese pie to the family and throw a guilt trip in for good measure. Revel in the spoils while they last! 🙂

I would call it no-bake cheesecake. It looks so yummy – we have done similar with yogurt, but with the cream cheese and Crystal Light it is so much more decadent and dessert-like – love it!!
