Save Time & Money With Walmart Savings Catcher

October 13, 2014 by Sassy

I’m a savvy shopper and used Walmart Savings Catcher.
Thanks Crowdtap for sponsoring this post! #WMTSavingsCatcher

With all the recipes I make for you, I do quite a bit of shopping at Walmart for ingredients. I figured it’s about time I jump on the Walmart Savings Catcher I keep seeing advertised.  Why not save a few bucks, right?

Walmart Savings Catcher

Save Time & Money With Walmart Savings Catcher

I used to be a super couponer. Like, religiously. I just don’t have the time these days between my own two blogs and all my VA work. All the money I’m not saving? Yeah, it hurts. The Walmart Savings Catcher makes me fell a bit less guilty about not keeping up. Plus, more monies for me! Whether you use the online website version or the mobile app for your phone, it’s an awesome and easy way to save money when you shop at Walmart! No coupons needed, and I don’t have to scramble around to check competitor’s ads! No need to shop around at different stores. All kinds of winning going on!

Walmart Savings Catcher

So, here’s what you do. You probably already have a walmart.com account, right? No? Easy peasy, go make one. If you already do, just sign right in and go to the Walmart Savings Catcher section.. Ya there? Ok…

Walmart Savings Catcher

Now do you see where I drew the little yellow arrow? Enter your receipt number in there. Through the magic of technology and the power of the internets, it scours all local sores in your area and compares prices on the items you bought. If there was an item that was priced less somewhere, BAM, you get the difference back on an eCard! You can add up to 7 each week. So, even if you shop every.single.day, you’re covered! Cool, right? In the last month, I’ve saved almost $12. I’m going to let it keep adding up. Then, for holiday shopping it will be like a little bonus I gave myself and spend it all there!

Unlimited Wireless Plans Family Wireless Plan

So, yesterday when I went to Walmart I filled my cart. I came home and put my receipt in online. I’m waiting for that email saying how much I saved. It’s kind of exciting!! Like… checking Lotto numbers. Almost. Ok, maybe not that much but you get the idea!

And also….

There’s a SWEEPSTAKES!

Try Walmart Savings Catcher and share the buzz! By spreading the word you’ll be entered to win a $2000 shopping spree at Walmart… and so will your friends! Click here and enter your email to get started!

I’ve seen a few updates with crazy amounts of savings that have been refunded to people. I’ve used the app for just over a month and haven’t made $2 yet. I have hopes that it will start to add up 🙂

I guess it depends on what stores are in your area and what sales are going on. Look at it this way. If you aren’t getting very much back, it means you already got the best price!

I did this about three weeks ago but missed putting my receipt in by one day, the next payday I put it in as soon as I got home. I’ve made .56 and honestly didn’t think I’d make any. I do most of my shopping locally and only get a few staple items at Walmart like their brand items so I was shocked when I saw I’d saved some. I always want to go to Vons but they are never open when I want to go shopping (before the sun rising type of thing) so this will be like that now since they compare the prices. Woo hoo! Did you use the egift card method or the card one? I’m thinking ecard but not sure yet, haven’t set it.
